Heden/PCA sues Canard PC for publishing bad review, loses case
 

Following the publication on Canardpc.com of a test in April 2008 of a power supply sold under the Heden brand by PCA France, PCA had made a claim in the French courts for damages of €100,000 for prejudice caused to the Heden brand and the PSX-A830.

Today we have learned that the PCA claim was rejected on all counts by the court (Tribunal de Grande Instance, Paris) on the 3rd September. Good news then, which confirms for those who doubted it the right of a media outlet to publish negative but well-argued tests on products to allert or advise potential buyers.
