Google Launches "Go" Programming Language
 

After years of development, Google has announced the release of Go v1.0 programming language. Along with the release of Go, Google also released a newly revised Google App Engine SDK. Go 1 is the first release that is available in supported binary distributions. They are available for Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OS X and even Windows.
