Gigabyte claims Xtreme Gaming is a philosophy
 

Gigabyte says its Xtreme Gaming-series is part of a philosophy to cultivate deeper relationships in the gaming market.

According to Digitimes Gigabyte created Xtreme Gaming, a product line consisting of IT hardware such as graphics cards and mice that are designed specifically for gaming purposes, at the end of 2015.

Eddie Lin, Gigabyte's Sales and Marketing Associate Vice President said there was a little more to it than that. Xtreme Gaming is not only a hardware series but a cunning plan for Gigabyte to adopt for its future operations.

Before Gigabyte released it, Gigabyte's strategy for the graphics card business was stable, but lacked much in the way of direction mostly because the outfit had few links in the gaming community.
