The Gigabyte 9600 GT (GV-N96TZL-1GI) has a number of good things going for it: the higher quality components do seem to make a cooler, less-power hungry video card; the 1GB of RAM is nice a touch, even if it only makes a difference in a few games; the HDMI port; and the Zalman fan receives top marks -- it is capable and quiet, and doesn't have much that you can find fault with.
