I know a bit about electricity. Anthroplast, our voltmodding guru, knows a lot about electronics. every time I ask him 'Is this possible' he's able to give me a decent solution :)

right now he's studying for school (failed his first exams, let's hope he passes now)
why do you need an electrician? you're going to build your own tesla cannon? :D
