EVERCOOL Transformer 4 CPU Cooler
 

In this review, I will test the Transformer 4 CPU cooler from EVERCOOL, which comes out of the box with 2 fans preinstalled, and will see how it does compare with the other CPU coolers I have tested previously. Will it be able to dethrone the other core contact heatsinks or not?
