![]() | ![]() JAPANESE MEMORY firm Elpida said it has released samples of 512Mbit XDR DRAM devices which fly along at 3.2GHz. The XDR idea comes courtesy of Rambus, and Elpida said this type of memory will find its place in consumer electronics devices, such as HDTV and 3D graphics. http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=22221
