Billionaire blasts Bezos’ ex for ‘dooming’ the West!

Elon [look at me] Musk, the bloke with more dosh than you can shake a stick at, has gone off on one about wealthy ladies splashing their cash on charities, claiming they’re the downfall of the West.

And who’s in his line of fire? None other than MacKenzie Scott, Jeff Bezos’ ex, who’s been dishing out her fortune like there’s no tomorrow.

Despite Musk’s moaning, Scott’s not holding back the purse strings. She’s just announced a whopping donation of €592 million (that’s $640 million, but who’s counting?) to 361 lucky organisations. That’s more than double the €231 million she promised last year.

Lever for change, the lot helping Scott with her giveaway says 279 groups will bag €1.85 million each, while the rest will pocket a cool €925,000. They had a plan for 250 handouts, but Scott’s generosity knows no bounds, and they’ve upped the ante.
