DisplayLink Announces Microsoft Windows 8 Support for PCs, Notebooks

Its latest Version 7.0 release is fully backwards compatible with all DisplayLink enabled USB 2.0 and 3.0 products and adds support for new Ultrabooks and Intel based Tablet / Slate PCs. DisplayLink users can now enjoy all the new features of Windows 8 along with multi-screen connectivity for docking stations, monitors, and graphics adapters via the simplicity of a single plug-and-display USB cable.
