DFI's CPU Cooler is rebadged Prolimatech Product
 

The heatsink itself has six, 6mm heatpipes running through two aluminum fin towers. According to the product page, the wide fins have mathematically calculated thickness to give best air to surface cooling rate. It supports socket 775 and 1366 processors. It doesn't come with a fan, but Prolimatech suggests 120mm fan that spins from 800 to 1200RPM with a 57CFM of airflow.
