Default Dell Alienware M17x sporting Intel Sandy Bridge and AMD Mobility Radeon 6900 surfaces

The updated laptop uses a new Core i7-2720QM (4C/8T) 2.2GHz processor and a not-seen-before AMD Mobility Radeon HD 6900 discrete GPU. This combination produced a score of 20,155 in Futuremark's 3DMark06.

In comparison, a slightly faster i7-2730QM 2.3GHz paired with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M racks up a score of about 17,000.
