Today we have the second installment in our series of high-end router reviews, the D-Link DIR-890L. This peculiarly designed router features twin 5 GHz transceivers in addition to ye olde 2.4 GHz one. As such it's a tri-band router with a theoretical physical layer throughput of 3200 Mbps. How much of that translates to reality, that's what we determined through our usual series of rigorous tests.
