| SLI and Crossfire are only worth the cost at 1600x1200 with max FSAA/AF in NO other scenario does it offer any improvement worth the cost of the "special" motherboard and extra videocard. and you should get yourself a HQ monitor too to play at 1600x1200

| hmm I have lots of games that aren't even smooth on an x850xt-pe at 1280*1024 4*fsaa and 8*af, playing dawn of war at 1600*1200 with 4*fsaa and 16*af proved easy for an sli setup...one single card got dips below 25 fps...two had constant 40+ not to mention fear...
