CPU Coolers Roundup, Swiftech Apex Ultra H20-220...
 

This is a big roundup with over 18
different cooler configurations. We tried to have exactly the same
testing conditions in terms of performance, noise and of course retail
price. As it seems the bigger size doesn't exactly reflect the best
performance... From our tests, the Titan Amanda Tech proved to be very
efficient, while Akasa AK-965 won the Best Buy Award.

So they did a cooler roundup, trying to find the best cooler, but didn't include anything from Thermalright? I think the ultra120 Extreme would have faired better than all of those others, including the Titan TEC cooler.
