CPU Coolers with Heatpipes from Arctic Cooling

Today we would like to introduce to you two CPU cooling solutions from Arctic Cooling Company called Freezer 7 Pro and Freezer 64 Pro that have come to replace their predecessors – Freezer 7 and Freezer 64. We will compare their efficiency against the monsters from Thermaltake and Zalman.

no noise readings.. at all.. their conclusion and tests suffer from it.

Given the RPM readings of the fan and size, there is some degree in knowing the relative noise level in between I presume; As most of the fan noise comes from the blades cutting thru air while bearing (ball or sleeve) and the rotor noise is minimal.

RPM does not mean much unfortunately, the coolers have different fan sizes and design

actually, the most noise comes from the air that moves inside the case

okay... but that does not mean you can relate RPM to noise directly; at all in fact.
