 |  Court rules that forcing sites to publish fake news supresses free speech Sorry politicians, your words do not have to be published. It turns out that forcing social networking to print politician’s lies and fake news is suppressing free speech. A federal judge blocked a recently enacted Florida law that was meant to authorise the state to penalise social media companies when they ban political candidates.
