$4,990 with a $199 monthly subscription for a giant tablet

Cisco is pushing a new "smart" whiteboard to the market with a $4,990 price tag and a $199 monthly subscription.


The entry level technology appears to be a 55-inch tablet which is screwed to the wall. The company is billing it as a high-tech whiteboard, allowing you to doodle on its canvas, or on a sharp PDF document.
