The Canon Pixma MG3120 is an all-in-one inkjet printer that gives you overall good copy and scan quality. It does lack in some features in order to keep the unit's cost low, like no memory card support or an Ethernet port. But if you're in the market for a cheap, reliable all-in-one, this one might be for you.
