Well, I'm still using a socket 939 dual core and highly overclocked (2.94Ghz).So my watts are probably outrageous. But think of it this way.If they still release agp cards and sell almost no agp motherboards (only 1 from asrock) as far as I know.This board might make sense in a way. |
Well, you're thinking incorrectly. The AGP cards released are to help those few that still have an AGP based board. Not to install in a new system. |
ASRock is also one of the few brands that still manufacture socket478 mobo's (AGP or PCIe; the former is a P4i65GV), maybe that's also another reason why they still have AGP GPUs... |
