 |  ATI HD Radeon 4650 Review: 9500 GT vs 8600 GT vs HD 4650 vs HD 3650 ATI HD Radeon 4650 Performance Revealed 9500 GT vs HD 4650 vs HD 3650 vs 8600 GT Yesterday the HD 4670 was released to the public, the performance of this sub $100 card is quite good, on par with the old HD 3870 while bringing power usage down and being slightly cheaper to boot. For those looking for a more affordable 3D graphics card ATI is introducing the HD 4650, expected to cost slightly above €50 let's see how this card does compared to NVIDIA's offerings.  The test model is a Powercolor HD 4650 which does come with increased standard clockspeed, so keep this in mind.
