ATI HD 4870X2 Cooled with Thermalright V2 and HR-03

Found this on the intarweb, a Thermalright V2 and HR-03 mounted on a ATI HD 4870X2 dual GPU video card. Anybody know the source?

I see 2 noctua fans, a scythe ninja and a gigabyte mobo..

The fan on the right is rather strangely placed..

It should provide active cooling to the VRM area of the VGA card which is quite crucial for the HD4000 series, many have found their cards unstable after they swapped their stock heatsink with a 3rd party solution, because the 3rd party unit only cools the GPU and the VRMs get too hot
