ASUS P8P67 Deluxe Motherboard Review

Since supply is still constrained on these motherboards, it is hard to figure exactly where street prices are going to land, but looking around today we see this board for sale at ~$320. If you are wondering how you will tell a recalled B2 board from a B3 board, ASUS has taken the initiative. ASUS has gone as far as to make a SATA Verifier as well to show you unaffected ports on a B2 motherboard. So surely ASUS is doing right by its customers on this front. When it comes to value, the ASUS P8P67 DELUXE at $320 or so, is a solid value for its feature set. One feature we did not discuss here was the USB3.0 front pale break out box. Certainly a nice addition as you will likely own a USB3.0 external device before you buy your next motherboard.

We love the fact that ASUS has gone "full digital" in this line of motherboards and the P8P67 DELUXE did not disappoint in any way, shape, or form. ASUS' new BIOS is slick to use but the fact that its Turbo EVO overclocking software is so robust, you will likely never need to go into the BIOS beyond initial setup. The bottom line is that it is a solid motherboard and should be on your short list if it has the features you are looking for.
