Asus boasts that the EN7600GT Silent features their Silent Cool 2 technology, the second generation of their passive cooling. Nothing too drastic seems to have changed from their previous silent solutions though. The card has two large heatsinks on it, one on the front covering the GPU and the other on the back. Heat is transferred from the heatsinks via a heatpipe to another even larger heatsink that is positioned directly above the video card. This larger heatsink on top can be swiveled and moved directly over the area of the CPU's fan to provide better cooling. Although we didn't experience any problems and most won't, the heatsink on top is rather large and extends out almost two inches and with a height of another inch above the card.
