Default AsRock ION 330 Found at AKIBA

As the second nettop featuring NVIDIA’s Ion platform, AsRock ION330 has been found selling at AKIBA.

ION330 measures 70*195*186mm, and will be available in black and white. Equipped with Intel’s dual-core Atom N330 1.6GHz processor and GeForce 9400M graphics chip, ION300 shows only 34% CPU usage when playing 1080p HD movies.

Other features include 2GB DDR2 800 memory, 320GB hard drive and HDMI, D-Sub, S-PDIF and USB ports. ION330 is sold at Yen39800, which is about $418.

A bit expensive for an Atom based PC; you get a laptop with better specs for this price if you shop around.

why not? even a home build HTPC with faster CPU (E2100/E2200) costs less
I build a Shuttle 2gb/2TB system for less than €400
