asetek VapoChill Micro

This is the first asetek product I have ever had the privilege of using and reviewing and I can say with confidence that I am looking forward to writing this review. Their latest and probably most popular product these days is their VapoChill Micro, which is based upon the principles of phase change cooling, but isn't a full sized phase change cooling unit. Instead, the cooler uses a completely integrated system to vaporize the coolant and then condense it again for an efficient cooling process. There are three editions of this cooler, each of which is targeted at a different piece of the market, but all aimed at extreme cooling. Of course, the thermal benchmarks will show just how efficient it is, but enough of this; let's take a look at the design of this cooler and the ingenious principle behind its cooling technique.
