Back in December of 2004 we reviewed the Arctic Cooling NV Silencer 5 Video Card Cooler, a cooler made for the nVidia 6800 series video cards. If you read the review you would have learned that we were very impressed with the unit’s cooling ability and low noise levels. In today’s review we’ll be taking a look at the Arctic Cooling ATI VGA Silencer 4 for the X800 series. So let’s jump right into it and find out if the ATI unit will impress us as much as the NV Silencer 5.
