| Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU cooler The front of the cooler is dominated by the 92mm fan which clips onto the part. The motor for this fan contains a PWM chip, which is used in conjunction with the four-pin connector to the motherboard to regulate fan speed, which can be set anywhere between 900 and 2,500 RPM. In the meantime, the holder for the fan has been designed to keep noise to a minimum by preventing any 'buzzing' sounds from the fan. Subjectively, this seemed to work reasonably well, with only the very quiet sound of the fan spinning noticeable to my ears during operation. http://www.elitebastards.com/cms/ind...23&Item id=27
