Apple’s Adaptive Audio tunes AirPods ANC and transparency to your environment
 

Apple announced new audio features coming for AirPods users. The standout feature is Adaptive Audio, which will tune your device’s active noise cancelation (ANC) and transparency mode based on your environment. In addition, the company says it’s adding personalized volume, which uses machine learning to predict your desired volume, as well as automatically lowering volume and focusing on the conversation at hand when you begin speaking. The updates also make AirPods device-switching “significantly faster.”
