 |  AMD’s New Heavyweight: Opteron 275 Dual Core For all that the Opteron has changed the scope of AMD’s presence in higher-end computing markets, the processor itself has only changed slightly in the 24 months since it debuted; only AMD’s x52 Opteron is built on 90nm and incorporates SSE3.
