AMD Ryzen 9 7950X improved by disabling CCD

At least for gaming

It is possible to get a 10 per cent improvement for gaming on the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X by disabling one of two CCDs.

According to TechPowerup the Ryzen 9 7950X 16-core processor exhibits some strange behavior with regards to the max boost frequency spread among its cores.
