The one CCD comes with 96MB of 3D V-cache, while the other CCD sticks to 32MB of standard L3 cache, leaving it with a total of 140MB of cache. Those cores tick at 4.4GHz base and 5.6GHz boost clocks, and it has the same 120W TDP.
