Default AMD roadmap reveals no new chipset to surprise us

Guess AMD have put all their resources on CPU and GPU development, no time to care chipset, because what we read is they just refurbished old chipsets, make some changes to let those chips support new AM3 CPU an put them on sale. Look, In Enthusiast market the next gen chipset will be RD890, which is a upgraded RD790 we saw on a 790FX mobo. The only improvement of RD890 is AM3 ready and improved Crossfire support.

Other than RD890, all other chipsets are IGP (integrated Graphic Processor) chipsets. In performance class we can only expect a RS880D, which is a AM3 ready RS780D(790GX) with higher clocks, additional power saving, and video enhancements.
