AMD posts quarterly loss amid Intel price war
 

AMD said its net loss for the fiscal first quarter was $611 million, or $1.11 per share, compared to a profit of $184.5 million, or 38 cents per share, a year earlier. Revenue fell 7.4 percent to $1.23 billion.

neither Intel nor AMD stock seems to react properly to it, altough Intel is getting ready to go for the mark around 22 $ again

AMD picked up $0.37 today with $611 million loss-
Intel, with 1.6 billion gain did not show much appreciation in stock value ... go figure.
