Premier Computer Canada charges $294.99 CAD ($274 USD) for pre-orders, although it doesn't say when the CPU will become available. A search for the model number reveals many other listings, most being in Europe. Evidence points to this still-unannounced Phenom II X4 965 costing roughly 20-30% more than the Phenom II X4 940, which would put it in the $230-$250 range in the States. AMD's current flagship, the Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition, is available for $215 on Newegg.
