AMD, IBM extend technology pact By Carolyn Pritchard, CBS MarketWatch.com Last Update: 9:29 PM ET Sep 21, 2004 SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) - Advanced Micro Devices and IBM have extended a chip-manufacturing technology agreement for an additional three years, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
