Albatron K8SLI

The Albatron K8SLI is a budget oriented Socket939 motherboard based on NVIDIA's nForce4 SLI chipset. While it has been designed with cost in mind, performance has not been left out. Innovative features like second BIOS on an external add-in card and automatic SLI switch make this board easy to use. Overclocking possibilites are good as well, we managed to reach a maximum FSB of 390 MHz.

NOW that is a review doing it dam right

clocking the bejesus out of the board

390 FSB, a bit lacking for the performance against the DFI which isn't the stock performance king with the same price tag

dunno, it's not cheap enough

???

My K8N SLI is hitting also 400 Mhz (max of bios) out of the box... The importatnt thing is to find out how high your memory/cpu/divider combinations want to go..

plenty of boards already crap out at much lower FSB thus limiting precious CPU overclocks, like the dreaded NF3 boards and some 939 boards aren't clocking well either as seen on anandtech
