I got a question, maybe a stupid question. I cant find anything about the warranty voltage of my corsair TWIN2X-6400C4 sticks. They say at the site that it is tested at 2.1v, but does this say that the max warrantied voltage is 2,1? What is a good 24/7 voltage. Is 2.3v to high for 24/7?
Thx

grtz

not sure but if i remember correctly it's 2.1V +-5% for your modules & 2.4V +-5% for dominator series.

as for 2.3V too high? that depends on a lot of factors, most of which we cant answer for you.

enough cooling will help:)

2.3v

thx,
I got a good airflow, a 25cm fan is blowing in the motherboard and 2x8cm and 1x12cm blow air threw my case, my zalman 7700cu blows also air on the ram so i think its cooled well. I can maybe put a fan on it 92x92mm or something like that. Will this give me a higher overclock?
I dont think my ram will get to hot soon it feels just a little bit warm @2.3v

Thnx!

grtz

If you cool it enough, no problem.
