New cpu/ram/mobo/vga

Hi,
my computer at my dorm(kot?) broke down.
It was an athlonXp system so its about time i stop living in the past.
Basicly im looking for a cpu(intel),mobo, ram and graphix card.
Im not looking for a fancy rig, but it does have to be able to playback hd content. The graka should be low profile and have a hdmi connection.
I am on a tight budget so 400 is my absolute maximum.
Thanks in advance!

All with warranty, barely used, and for exactly 400 euro. A bit over budget, becasue the is'n a VGA card included.

Intel E8600
Asus p5e3 dlx
2 * 1 Gig DDR3 1333 Geil

Otherwise I'll have the following for 340 euro:

Intel E5200
Asus p5e3 dlx
2 * 1 Gig DDR3 1333 Geil
ATi (Jetway) RAdeon 3780 512 Mb PCIe (but not low proffile)

Hi,
i am interested in the motherboard and ram.
i feel like the E8600 is a bit over my budget and is too fast for my needs.
The E5200 might be a bit too "slow" for my future needs and the vga too fast.
I was thinking about an intel E8200 and an ATI HD 3450 to combine with your mobo and ram if your willing to sell those seperatly.
If so what would be your price for the mobo and ram or the second combo without the graka?

Mobo and ram = 210
Mobo and Ram and E5200 = 275

what's left of that Atlon setup, any parts which can be used for an Oc-event? :)
