Ok, after 2 months of searching and comparing, I have decided on the following.

AMD A64 3400
Mobo based on nforce3 250 Chipset.
Asus K8E - N Deluxe
or
MSI K8N Neo Platinum

Can anybody advise on which Ram I should take?
