I'm replaying (bit by bit when I have some spare time) HL2 with the high resolution texture pack, game looks stunning 1600x1200 4xAA/16xAF

I've done the same at 1920*1200 and 4*aa, 16af with hirestext...

but it indeed is lovely, I love the zombie part of episode1 too, but episode 2 is shaping to be a lot better!

it says sth about current games that I've played hl2 3 times and farcry 3 times and dawn of war 100 skirmishes in the last three years...
