infineon or winbond BH5

Wich one is the best chip for oc , infineon or winbond.

I can get 2*512MB DDRRAM Corsair TWINX 3200LL V3.1 for 292€ with infineon chips.

i can go till 3.2V but i can Vmod if I have 2
