| HP F1723 Flat Screen ello, I just got an hp f1723 tft screen. It says in the quick start guide, recommended resolution 1024x768@60H. But i can still change my resolution to higher values, is it advisable to do this with this screen? Will it damage the screen or shorten it's lifetime or ... |

| 15" TFT = 1024x768 17" TFT = 1280x1024 which one you do have?

| I've got the 17" version, so i can change my resolution to 1280x1024 without worrying for my screen ... oh yeah |

| yes, no problem there, you will see that games played at 1024x768 won't be as "crisp" as on 1280x1024 because the image has been stretched out
