It is possible to capture screen from a video ?

Everytime I 'Print-screened' from a video , "the picture will still 'act' as the video" ... ... >.>

BSplayer has a screenshot function

Fraps can do it also I think.

Both WinDVD and WinDVR provide screen shot capture.

Or you set hardware acceleration to minimum (screen properties > settings >advanced >troubleshooting ) and you press 'prt scr'.
Though, if you would enlare the video, it would look like sh*t (if sh*t would be square )
