Hercules Radeon 9700 pro - which fan?
 

Hiya
I have a Hercules Radeon 9700 pro on which the fan has failed, I have (as a temporary measure) fixed a cheap Spire fan to it, but obviously that doesn't cool the chip down too much. What fan would you recommend I buy - which fan will fit the hercules etc? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I used it on a hercules 9700 Pro too , and it's dead silent afterwards:)

Very well explained write up, with great pictures. It put my mind at rest about the heatsinks - Thanks for your help :D:D:D

By the way - I fitted the fan and it works an absolute treat - case temps and noise are down (even with a nice overclock!).
