Help choosing new hardware

Hey Everyone
Well, as the thread name sais, i am looking for some help choosing some new hardware. First of all the budget limit is around 300 dollards (maybe just a little more) And i am looking for most bang for the buck obviously.
Current Setup - Athlon 64 3000+ @2.27
Gigabyte GA-K8VT800
Albatron GeForce FX5700 256mb
2x512mb Kingston PC3200 memory

What i am looking for is a minimum priced motherboard which supports PCI-E, while having abundance of features (i am not much of an overclocker, so nothing of that kind) Also in addition to that i want to supply myself with a good quality video card (pcie) under $200 price tag.
What i currently came up with is
- MSI K8N Neo4-F or SOLTEK NF4PRO motherboard
- GIGABYTE GV-RX70P256V Radeon X700PRO 256MB or XFX Geforce 6600GT 128MB or eVGA 128-P2-N368-TX Geforce 6600GT
The motherboards i choose based mainly on their overall features, mostly interested in having a lot of usual pci slots (i have a lot of cards to put in there) and generall bord layout, all connectors should be on the sides. The video cards, thats what i am not sure about, is there much difference in performance between 256mb and 128mb models? All i know that the clock speeds of 256 are much lower, so less overclocking options, right?. So yeah, i need help deviciding on the best setup and i am open to any other suggestions :) Thanx in advance.

I'd go for the eVGA, then the XFX, and the x700 comes in last :)
