Default Down to 2 choices...

Im down to 2 choices when it comes to my pc. I think Ill be ordering next week. I can either go MSI K8N Neo Platinum (754) and an thlon 64 3400. Or I could take this deal that newegg has. http://images10.newegg.com/UploadFil...D/3400/2/1.htm With the msi k8t neo. After another stick of geil ram it comes out like 15 bucks more. BUT, I see benchmarks at anandtech and it shows an fx53 with that mobo running about the same as the 754 with 3200 in general usage. Is it because of the via chipset? And, is the firewall and gbe lan realy anything special? Will the gbe on chip lan give me better ping? Would the 939 sytem be any faster? I dont care much about upgradability or overclocking. Whats realy holding me up is that I want the nvidia chipset but the only way I could go 939 is with this deal. Lets say this. How many more frames do you think Id get with the 939, or how much less? Lets say a game like doom 3. As i said, I also need to know if the nvidia firewall and on chip gbe is anything special. Thanks, ill get out of your hair now lol.
