DFI NF4 SLI-DR refuses keyboard

Anyone came across this one?

My DFI had some trouble booting, typical for this motherboard some times.
But, I have other problems, the ps/2 connectors aren't any more recognised. The keyboard and mouse don't get any power. If inserted in USB the led from my mouse gives light, but 2 (different) keyboards don't react.
I cannot use USB keyboard apparently in BIOS, let alone I can reach BIOS.

Anyone had some of this before on a mainboard? Or should I just RMA this board??

Great, two high end systems and they all refuse to boot :puke:

Using two DFI nF4 boards, no such problem. Make sure your mouse and keyboard are functional, try borrrowing one from known working condition before RMA.

This is getting retarded.

Behind the two ps/2 connectors there is a little jumper, if you unplug it, then there's no energy for the keyboard and mouse :D.

I don't have a clue how the jumper got off the pins :/.

why is there a jumper for that in the first place?
