It has 2MB L2; it runs "warm", It's Intel so the box is bigger.

It's a deal ...... only it may not be any faster than Northwood clock per clock.:)

overclocked, these are worth it I think (let's wait for some more reviews :)) but stock they don't' perform much better then the 1meg version at all.
