i love to watch Tokyo Drift everyday.
one day i must buy a computer faster than i already have.

if temp inside my casing are hot i can used this fan for additional cooling.

Actually, there is a -5V and -12V rail on ATX, which you can combine with +12V to get 17 or 24V. I used to do this with some industrial Papst fan rated at 12~24V. The downside is that you can't use it too much, my 350W Enermax for example only outputs 1A on both -12V and -5V. So only do this at your own risk

Putting two batteries in series double the voltage; certainly. But, you don't do it with a fan rated at 12V and have it hooked up to 24V. Read the thread starter
