Advise on new rig

Hey guys and gals… I am going to be building a computer for my friend this spring, which basically looks like this:

Case: Cooler Master Stacker ($?)
Optical Drive: Plextor 52x24x52x ($44)
Optical Drive2: Lite-On 52x DVD ($22)
MoBo: ASUS K8V Deluxe ($130)
Video Card: ASUS V9950 ($245)
TV Tuner: ASUS TV FM card w/remote ($55)
Sound Card: onboard ($0)
Hard Drive: Maxtor 80gb SATA 8mb ($80)
Hard Drive2: Maxtor 80gb SATA 8mb ($80)
Ram: Kingston HyperX 512mb DDR PC-3700 ($116)
Ram: Kingston HyperX 512mb DDR PC-3700 ($116)
PSU: Enermax Whisper 350w ($55)
CPU: Athlon 64 3200+ ($251)
Chipset Cooler: Swiftech MCR-159R ($39)
Cooling:
All the best of Danger Den in the Extreme kit…
(http://www.dangerden.com/mall/Kits/kits_techtv.asp)($400)

And I had a few questions… Because I am sort of a newb I am going to use that Danger Den water cooling kit and I wanted to know how significant will the performance drop be were I to switch the 240x120mm radiator with a 120x120mm one? The only reason why I would want to switch that out would be because he probably wont like the Stacker case and it seems like that is the only case online which would accommodate the larger radiator. Are there any particularly attractive cases which I am missing? Besides that if you have any suggestions for the system they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

looks like it's going to be a killer setup.

go for it.

maybe a H2O chipset cooler.

And any case will fit a dual 120 rad. The only "problem" will be the modding involved
place the rad at the top, with 2*120mm fans sucking air trough it from the case. Needs some cutting however. But it also keeps the case cool. (in theory you won't need any extra casefans with such a setup)

using this hardware with the stacker and you'll have enough place left to let a poodle give birth to 5 little ones in that case...
